Order Processing Time
We work our magic to process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to bring Disney magic to your doorstep:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
At Disney Clothing Store, we want you to be completely happy with your magical purchases. If something isn’t perfect, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to help!
✨ Our Return & Exchange Promise ✨
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sleepwear & Pajamas
- Costumes
Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective, provided their original hygiene seals are intact.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make the process smoother.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with the original packaging and include your RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our enchanted returns address (provided with your RAN) using a trackable shipping method.
- Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Shipping
For exchanges:
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
- We’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item
- Processing time is 3-5 business days after we receive your return
International Returns
For our magical customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
