Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

✨ Magical Tip: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sleepwear, pajamas, and costumes unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items must have their original hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make the process smoother.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with the original packaging and include your RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our enchanted returns address (provided with your RAN) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges:

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
  • We’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days after we receive your return

International Returns

For our magical customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
